Angel’s Advocacy provides the following
services at no cost to patients:
- Assist patients in understanding and communicating their diagnosis through medical research, explanation of medical terminology, and a thorough explanation of treatment options
- Assist patients and their families to develop a comprehensive plan of care including connecting with physicians and medical facilities with expertise in their diagnosis
- Foster a multidisciplinary team approach to the patient’s and caregiver’s plan of care through existing relationships

Attend critical appointments with patients, and provide guidance for other appointments, such as labs and routine checks

During remission, monitor ongoing health issues and remain alert to recurrence
- Provide Palliative Care (referral to Hospice and other end-of-life care)
- In addition to the services offered directly by Angel’s Advocacy, patients can be referred to supportive resources that can assist with:
- Family home care while undergoing treatment
- Insurance, financial, and legal issues
- Spiritual support
- Psychological and emotional support
- Rehabilitation and home health care
- Prosthetics and medical equipment
- Related government and public agencies
